How to improve account security?

1. Password Setup:

Please set a complex and unique password. For security reasons, please ensure your password is at least 8 characters long and contains at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. Avoid using easily accessible information such as your name, email address, birthday, or phone number.

2. Change Your Password Regularly:

We recommend that you change your password regularly to enhance account security. We suggest changing your password every 3 months, and using a completely different password each time.

Note: Please keep your password strictly confidential and never disclose it to others. Bittam staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

3. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Google Authenticator: Google Authenticator is a dynamic password tool from Google. You need to scan the barcode provided by Bittam or enter your key using your mobile phone. Once added, the authenticator will generate a valid 6-digit verification code every 30 seconds. After successful linking, you will need to enter or paste the 6-digit verification code displayed in Google Authenticator each time you log in to Bittam.

4. Beware of phishing emails

Please be wary of phishing emails impersonating Bittam and always ensure that the link you use to log in is the official Bittam website (https://www.bittam.com).

Bittam staff will never ask you for your password, email verification code, or Google Authenticator code.
