How do I unbind my account from 2FA using Google Authenticator?

1. Log in to your Bittam account.

2. Go to User Center, click ‘Security’, find ‘Security Settings’, and click ‘Off’.

3. Enter your account password and the PIN code generated by Google Authenticator.

4. Click ‘Submit’. The account is now unlinked.

After successful unlinking, you no longer need to enter a Google Authenticator code to log in; simply enter your account and password.

Note:

1. Do not forget to delete your Bittam account from your Google Authenticator app to avoid confusion when creating a new Google Authenticator for your Bittam account.

2. After disabling/deleting your previous authenticator, please recreate the Google Authenticator for your account as soon as possible.

If I lose my phone or forget to back up my Google Authenticator:

Please contact the support team at support@bittam.com, and we will assist you in clearing the Google Authenticator. If you need a new authenticator, please relink it yourself.
