Google Authenticator code error?

If you encounter errors when entering Google Authenticator codes, we recommend using the following methods:

1. Ensure you have the correct Google Authenticator, iOS Authenticator, or Android Authenticator installed.

2. If your Google Authenticator is linked to multiple accounts, ensure the code you enter corresponds to your Bittam account email address.

3. Each Authenticator code is valid for 30 seconds. Please enter and submit within 30 seconds.

4. Ensure your phone's time is synchronized with the standard time in your time zone.

How to set standard time on iOS:

1. Ensure your phone is connected to the internet.

[Settings] - [General] - [Date and Time] - [Confirm Time Zone] - [Enable Automatic Time Setting]

How to set standard time on Android:

1. Ensure your phone is connected to the internet.

[Settings] - [Additional Settings] - [Date and Time] - [Confirm Time Zone] - [Enable Using Network-Provided Time]. This setting is based on a Xiaomi phone, as many Android phone brands offer this feature.
