1. Forgot your password? Click here to learn how to reset your password and log in.
2. Please double-check that your email address/password is correct.
3. If you lost your phone or forgot to back up your Google Authenticator: Please contact the support team at support@bittam.com, and we will assist you in clearing Google Authenticator.
4. Turn off VPN login.
5. Check your network connection status.
6. Log in using the Bittam APP: Close the APP from the background on your phone and then restart the APP.
